Spain's Digital Nomad Visa (Ley de Startups, 2023) allows non-EU remote workers to live in Spain for up to 3 years (renewable). Requirements include: proof of remote work for non-Spanish employers/clients, minimum income of 200% of Spain's minimum wage (~€2,646/month), clean criminal record, and valid health insurance. The visa offers a special tax regime (Beckham Law) with a flat 24% rate for up to 6 years. Family members can join, and after 5 years you may qualify for permanent residency.
