We do not collect passport numbers, visa application numbers, government-client identifiers, identity-document scans, biometrics, medical records, criminal records, refusal letters, immigration case files, bank statements, or sensitive legal documents.

Your profile data is used solely to match you with relevant immigration pathways, generate personalized checklists, and provide source-backed AI assistance. We never sell your data to third parties.

Account-level data isolation ensures your saved pathways, sources, checklists, and conversations are visible only to you. Role-based access control governs all content management actions. We maintain audit logs for admin content actions and source change history for transparency.

You control your data. You may delete your profile, AI conversations, or account at any time from the Privacy & Data Management page. You may also request a full data export of all your information.
