Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Checklist

Canada

The PNP requires nomination by a participating province or territory and compliance with its specific stream. Federal permanent-residence applications follow either Express Entry or the non-Express Entry process; Express Entry also requires eligibility for a federal Express Entry program. Consult the separate current fee and processing summaries below. Provincial fees, requirements and timing depend on the selected stream; processing estimates are not guarantees.
