Student residence permit for university or higher professional education Checklist

Show 12 months of living funds using the current IND study norm, which excludes tuition and changes each January. Use a recognised evidence method: available own funds, institution deposit, scholarship, company support or an eligible financier. The institution checks evidence and the study-income declaration each academic year; follow the selected method's document rules.

Provide registration or temporary registration at a Dutch university/HBO institution that is an IND recognised sponsor. Enrol full-time in an NVAO/EQAR-accredited programme; only the institution applies. During each study year, normally obtain at least 50% of credits; the institution assesses any good reason for insufficient progress.
